Is this right for me?

This is for you if...

  • Your business has a workflow that does not map neatly onto any standard system
  • You need multiple interconnected tabs, cross-referenced data, or logic that goes beyond a standard three-tab structure
  • You have considered other systems -- including JTP Two -- and found that customisation was not enough
  • You work across several distinct business areas, product lines or commission types that each need their own structure
  • You want to be involved in the design process -- you have ideas about how it should work and want someone to build them properly
  • You need something that no existing product can provide and you are willing to invest in getting it exactly right

If customisation of a standard structure would cover your needs, Just Three Places Two is likely a better fit at a lower price. JTP Three is for genuinely complex or unusual requirements.

What is Just Three Places Three?

A completely bespoke system, designed around you.

JTP Three does not start from a template. It starts from a conversation about how your business actually works -- the information that comes in, where it goes, how you need to retrieve it, and what decisions it needs to support.

From that conversation, I design a system architecture specific to your business. Every tab, every form, every automation, every dropdown is designed from scratch. When it is built, it does not feel like a system you have fitted yourself into. It feels like something that was always there.

No two JTP Three builds are the same.

Every build is scoped individually. The price starts from £597 and is confirmed after the initial scoping conversation -- once I understand what you need and what it will involve to build it properly.

What's included?

Everything JTP Two includes, plus complete bespoke design.

Scoping calls

Multiple calls to understand your business in depth -- your workflow, your data structure, your logic requirements. We design the system together before a line is built.

Bespoke system architecture

The tab structure, the relationships between tabs, the data logic -- all designed specifically for your business. Not adapted from a template. Designed from scratch.

Custom tabs and structure

As many tabs as your workflow requires. Cross-referenced data, linked records, calculated fields -- whatever your business logic needs, built properly.

Bespoke Google Forms

Forms designed specifically around your data capture requirements. Conditional fields, custom validation, whatever the build requires.

Custom automation scripts

Apps Script written specifically for your system. The logic, the triggers, the filing rules -- all built around your specific workflow, not a standard template.

Automatic folder structure

Folder architecture designed around your business. Every new record creates the right folders in the right places automatically.

Email photo logging

Photograph and email any document, receipt or notebook page and it files itself in the right place. Included in every JTP build.

Review and refinement

Multiple review stages built into the process. Nothing is handed over until it works exactly as designed and you are satisfied with every part of it.

Your printed JTP notebook

A wire-bound A5 notebook posted directly to you. Set up for capturing new jobs and enquiries, with overflow pages for additional notes.

Tested before handover

The completed system is fully tested before you see it. Every process, every automation, every form submission checked and confirmed.

Bespoke handover documentation

A handbook and short video walkthroughs specific to your system -- not a generic guide. Everything documented so you can use every part of it confidently.

The Business Vault

Every JTP system includes The Business Vault -- a 15-tab reference system for every piece of essential business information. Worth £19, included free.

How will this help my business?

What it means to have a system that was built for your business.

  • No compromises. Every other system requires you to fit yourself to it. JTP Three fits to you. Completely.
  • Logic that matches how you think. The relationships between your data, the way records connect to each other, the way information flows through your business -- all built the way you described it.
  • Nothing irrelevant. No tabs you do not use. No fields you skip every time. No dropdowns that do not match your work. Only what your business needs.
  • Find anything in seconds. Your entire history -- however complex, however large -- searchable instantly. Every reference, every client, every record, every photograph.
  • Built to last. A bespoke system designed properly does not need replacing in two years. It grows with your business.
  • Stop carrying it in your head. When everything has a proper home and the structure matches your mental model, you can let it go completely.
What happens after I enquire?

The process, step by step.

1

You complete the enquiry form below

Tell me about your business, what you need, and why you think a bespoke system is the right answer. I read every enquiry personally.

2

I come back to you within two working days

I will have read your enquiry carefully and will either ask a few follow-up questions or suggest we book an initial scoping call.

3

We book a scoping call -- £75

A call to understand your business in depth. The scoping fee is £75, paid before the call. It is credited in full against the project price if you go ahead. If you decide not to proceed after the call, the fee covers the time spent preparing and running the session. The scoping conversation produces something of genuine value -- a clear picture of what your system needs to do -- and that work deserves to be paid for.

4

I send you a proposal and price

Based on what we discussed, I put together a clear proposal describing what will be built and what it will cost. No obligation at this stage.

5

You approve the proposal and I begin the build

Once you are happy with the proposal and payment is confirmed, I begin building. Regular check-ins throughout. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off at each stage.

6

Review, refinement and handover

Multiple review sessions before anything is handed over. You receive the finished system, full documentation, handover videos and your printed notebook.

Timings and cost

What to expect.

Initial response: Within 2 working days of your enquiry.

Scoping call fee: £75, paid before the call. Credited in full against the project price if you proceed.

Scoping to proposal: Typically 3 to 5 working days after the scoping call.

Build time: Varies by complexity. Most JTP Three builds take 3 to 5 weeks from proposal approval to handover.

Project price: From £597, less the £75 scoping fee already paid. Confirmed in your proposal after the scoping call. The price agreed is the price you pay -- unless the scope changes, in which case a new price will be agreed before any additional work begins.

Payment: 50% on approval of the proposal (less the £75 scoping fee already paid). 50% on handover.

Included free: The Business Vault

Every Just Three Places system comes with The Business Vault included at no extra cost. It is a 15-tab Google Sheets reference system for every piece of essential business information -- insurance, suppliers, domain names, subscriptions, equipment, key contacts and more. Worth £19, yours free.
