Just Three Places Two starts with two calls. On the first, we talk through your business -- how enquiries arrive, what information you need to capture, what stages a typical commission goes through, what language you use. On the second, we review what has been built and make adjustments before handover.

Everything between those calls is handled by me. I build your Google Sheet with the columns, dropdowns and structure that fit your specific workflow. The forms are set up to match. The automation runs in the background. You receive a system that works the way you think.

Most business systems fail because they were built for a generic business. JTP Two starts with a conversation about yours. That conversation is what makes the difference between a system you adapt around and a system you actually use.

Discovery call

A 45 to 60 minute call before the build. We talk through your workflow, your language, your job stages and your specific requirements. Nothing is assumed.

Review call

A second call once the system is built. We go through what has been created, you tell me what needs adjusting, and I make the changes before handover.

Custom column names

Your sheet uses your language. If you call them commissions, not jobs -- it says commissions. If your stages are Enquiry, Sampling, Approved, In Progress -- that is what the dropdown says.

Every dropdown in your forms and sheet is built around your business. Source options, job stages, expense categories, material types -- all matched to how you actually work.

Your Google Sheet

Built and installed in your own Google Drive. Dashboard plus customised tabs -- structured around your workflow, formatted and ready to use from day one.

Forms built to match your sheet exactly. The fields, the order, the options -- all designed around how information actually arrives in your business.

Automatic folder structure

Every new job creates a folder in your Drive, linked to the right row in your sheet. Everything in the right place, automatically.

Background automation

Apps Script connects everything and runs silently. You never need to touch it. It just works.

Email photo logging

Send a photo to a dedicated address with a structured subject line and it files itself in the right job folder. Your notebook photos, organised automatically.

Your printed JTP notebook

A wire-bound A5 notebook posted directly to you. Set up for capturing new jobs and enquiries with overflow pages for additional notes.

Tested before handover

Every install is fully tested before handover. You get a working system. If something is not right, I fix it.

Handover video walkthroughs

What happens after I buy?

You complete the brief form

After purchase you will receive a short brief form. This covers the basics of your business -- how enquiries arrive, what you make, how many active jobs you typically have at once. It takes about ten minutes and helps me prepare for the first call.

You create a fresh Gmail account

Just Three Places needs its own Google account. Create a new, free Gmail -- something like yourbusinessname.jtp@gmail.com. Share access with rosieg@rosieglassey.co.uk. You keep full ownership at all times.

We have our discovery call

A 45 to 60 minute call via Zoom or WhatsApp. We talk through your workflow in detail -- your job stages, your language, your specific requirements. I ask questions. You describe how your business actually works. This is where the customisation is designed.

I build your custom system

I build your Google Sheet with your column names, your dropdowns and your structure. I create your custom forms, set up the folder structure and write the automation scripts. Everything is built to your specification.

We have our review call

A second call to go through what has been built. You see the system live, tell me what needs adjusting, and I make the changes. Nothing is handed over until you are happy with it.

I hand over and you are ready to go

You receive your handbook, form links, printed notebook and short handover videos covering every process in your specific system. You are ready to start using it from day one, confident that it works the way you work.

Timings

How long does it take?

Discovery call: Scheduled within 3 working days of purchase and receipt of your brief form.

Build time: 3 to 5 working days after the discovery call.

Review call: Scheduled once the build is complete. Adjustments made within 2 working days.

Total from purchase to handover: Typically 10 to 14 working days.

Learning to use it: Less than an hour. The system uses your language so it feels immediately familiar. The handbook and handover videos walk you through everything specific to your build.

One flat fee. Nothing else to pay.
