Your Google Sheet

Built and installed in your own Google Drive. A live dashboard plus three tabs -- Jobs, Post and Expenses -- all set up, formatted and ready to use.

Three Google Forms

One for new jobs, one for post, one for expenses. Access them on your phone, tablet or laptop. Fill in what you know, submit, and your sheet updates automatically.

Automatic folder structure

Every time a new job is submitted, a folder is created in your Drive and linked to the right row in your sheet. Everything in the right place, automatically.

Background automation

Apps Script connects your forms to your sheet and your Drive. It runs silently in the background. You never have to touch it.

Email photo logging

Send a photo of a job sheet or receipt to a dedicated address with a structured subject line and it files itself in the right job folder. Your notebook photos, organised automatically.

Your printed JTP notebook

A wire-bound A5 notebook with the right pages set up for capturing new jobs and enquiries, and the left pages for extra notes and overflow. Posted directly to you. Yours to keep.

Tested before handover

Every install is fully tested before it is handed over. You get a working system, not a half-built one. If something is not right, I fix it.

What happens after I buy?

The process, step by step.

You create a fresh Gmail account

Just Three Places needs its own Google account to work properly. Create a new, free Gmail -- something like yourbusinessname.jtp@gmail.com. This keeps everything separate from your personal Google account.

You share access with me

Share the new Gmail address with rosieg@rosieglassey.co.uk. That is all I need to get started. You keep full ownership of the account at all times.

I build and install everything

I build your Google Sheet, create the three forms, set up the folder structure and write the automation scripts. Everything is built to the standard spec, tested thoroughly, and prepared for handover.

I test the whole system

Before I hand anything over I run the system through its paces -- submitting test entries, checking the automation, confirming folders are created correctly and everything links up. If anything is not right I fix it before you see it.

I hand over and you are ready to go

You receive your handbook, the links to your forms and sheet, your printed notebook posted to you, and a set of short over-the-shoulder video snippets walking you through each process -- submitting a job, logging an expense, searching your sheet, sending a photo by email. Everything you need to start using the system confidently from day one. I am available for questions after handover.

Timings

How long does it take?

Build and install: 3 to 5 working days from the moment you share access.

Learning to use it: About half an hour. The forms are straightforward -- fill in what you know and submit. The handbook walks you through everything. Most people are using it confidently within a day.

Ongoing time commitment: Seconds per job. Tap a form, fill in the details, submit. The system does the rest.

What will it cost?

One flat fee. Nothing else to pay.

Just Three Places One is £147 as an introductory price for the first 20 installs. After that it moves to the full price of £197. This is a one-off payment -- there is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no ongoing cost.

Just Three Places runs on Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Forms -- all of which are free. If you have a Google account, you have everything you need.
