Is this right for me?

This is for you if...

  • You are using Pinterest to market your creative business or handmade products
  • You are creating pins regularly but losing track of what you have made and where you have posted it
  • You want to know which pins are getting saves and clicks -- and which are not
  • You want your board names, template names and destination URLs in dropdowns so you are not typing the same thing repeatedly
  • You want a simple record of every pin you have ever created, all in one searchable place
  • You are ready to make data-driven decisions about what to create next
What is the Pinterest Content Library?

A simple, private record of everything you create.

A single HTML file that lives in your browser. Open it, log your pins, update your analytics weekly, and mark what is performing. Your entire Pinterest content history -- organised, searchable and always up to date.

It opens in any browser. Nothing is stored online. Nothing is shared with anyone. Your content data stays on your device, under your control.

No account. No login. No subscription. Download the file once and it is yours forever. Open it in your browser whenever you need it. Your data saves automatically between sessions.

What is included?

Everything you need to track your Pinterest content properly.

All pins tracker

Every pin logged with filename, template, headline, strapline, destination URL, board, publish date, status and analytics. Sortable by any column.

Analytics fields

Log impressions, saves, outbound clicks and close-ups for every pin. Updated manually from Pinterest Analytics once a week.

Top performers tab

Every pin you mark as performing appears here, sorted by saves, clicks or impressions. See patterns and make better decisions about what to create next.

Setup tab

Enter your board names, template names and destination URLs once. They populate as dropdowns in every pin entry form from then on. No more typing the same board name repeatedly.

Performing flag

Click the star on any pin that is working. Starred pins appear on the Top performers tab automatically.

Export to CSV

Export your full pin library as a spreadsheet at any time. Backup your data or open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

Built-in guide

A How to use tab inside the library explains every feature clearly. No separate manual needed.

Persistent storage

Your data saves in your browser automatically. Open the file tomorrow and everything is still there.

How will this help?

What changes when your content is properly tracked.

  • Know exactly what you have created -- no more hunting through folders trying to remember what you made last month.
  • Know what is working -- saves and clicks tell you which hooks, which templates and which boards are performing. Make more of what works.
  • Never type the same board name twice -- your boards, templates and URLs are pre-loaded as dropdowns from the moment you set up.
  • See your content history at a glance -- every pin, every status, every board, all in one place.
  • Back up your content library -- export to CSV any time and you have a permanent record of everything you have ever published.
  • Make better decisions -- the Top performers tab shows you patterns across your best pins so your next batch is informed by real data.
How do I use it?

Up and running in five minutes.

Download and open

Download the HTML file and open it in your browser. No installation, no account, no login required.

3

Log your first pin

Click Add pin, fill in the details and save. Select your board, template and URL from the dropdowns you just set up.

4

Update analytics weekly
